How do I update my account?
In My Account click on Edit Profile .
What is My Presence?
It is a simple popup that lets you know who's online. You can click on the little cartoon bubble to chat with a member of your choice.
How do I go back to my account?
You can always get to your account by clicking My Account in the main menu when logged in.
How do I check my mail or send a mail?
To check mail, login to your account, or navigate there and click Inbox. You can write mail by clicking on a member and selecting email member while looking at their profile.
Youtubes?
We have a big database of youtubes for you to search. Simply click Youtubes/Search and enter tag or word for search. (IE:frogs) To add a Youtube to the site you have searched for, click on the heart.
How do I make a photo my main one?
Go to Members/Account Home/Profile Photos and click on your picture of choice and select Make Primary.
What are Wants and Haves?
Use single words to describe what you have to offer other members (haves), and what you are loooking for (wants)
Do you release info on members?
Never! We will never disclose any information on members to any party for any reason. You are safe here.
Where can I get support services?
We have a form to Contact Support. Or try the user forum to see questions others have asked, tips/tricks etc
Can I modify my pages look?
For now this feature is not available, however we are looking into adding this feature in the future. If you would like this feature, please let us know in the forum.
How do I know if someone's online?
There is a little lightbulb in the top right of each members image and if its on, they are online! Alternately, you can click Members/Online to see who's online.
How do I suspend my account?
You can suspend your account at anytime by contacting us or on your Account Home page you will see a link to "suspend" account.
